In 2008, Jesse released his debut album “Aiming for Honesty” with producer Clay Cook (John Mayer, Marshall Tucker Band). What followed was a trio of sold out CD release shows in Philadelphia, New York, and Boston, all while attending Berklee College of Music.   His newest album, “The Ones that Matter” was produced by Chris Keup and Stewart Myers.  He mentions South Riding by name in the cover and he is thrilled to be able to take time from his busy tour schedule to lend a helping hand!

Help us welcome Justin Trawick and his band to South Riding! Justin is not just another man with a guitar. He’s a multi-talented performer, balancing between roles as a soloist and band frontman while on the side running the nationally touring songwriter series “The 9”. His self-described brand of “Urban Folk Rock” inspires comparisons with troubadours such as Bob Schneider, Ryan Adams, and G. Love. The 29 year old from Arlington, Virginia invokes on stage a deep sense of raw emotional energy stemming from his incredibly personable lyrics and captivating delivery. Seamlessly balancing between the musical loner persona of a singer-songwriter and as the front man of his collective, The Justin Trawick Group, this versatility allows Trawick to rock out in clubs with his band to performances in intimate acoustic venues with just his guitar and his voice. Click here to hear some of his music.

Julie Ann has been singing since her early childhood years and has an incredible and angelic voice which is stunning, particularly when heard live. She has sung professionally with her fathers band and with his acoustic act, and was also sought out to professionally record her vocals for the Shanghai Restoration Project which can now be found all over the internet. Julie Ann's additional talent and gift for harmonies provide this duo with a very full and complementing sound.

Bach to Rock will be featuring several bands starting at 6:00PM.  Come support the local artists in your neighborhood.   Here is the line up from 6-8pm:

This is a new addition this year.  We will have a special area for kid's during the concert complete with moon bounces, glitter tattoos, face painting, and games.  Your kid's will not want to miss this exciting event, and we will have plenty of food vendors to ensure everyone is happy!
